Just went threw this today,I was at the main page and signed into a new guest player,went to mods,which crashed it,started up signing back into the first account and went into mods and it works fine, but I have a question if someone can answer, if u have the cheatholotape,that most ppl have,does that eliminate me from getting diff mods like the zombie ghouls,green commonwealth etc?

I recently had this as well, so here's another possible reason: It won't let you download mods if Fallout 4 is being played from an external hard drive.
