I tried to download the Fitbit PC app, but mistakenly used a Windows 7 laptop so the download failed. Now I'm trying a second time from a Windows 10 laptop, but the Microsoft Store won't let me download - it says I already 'own' the app probably because of the previous failed attempt from a Win7 box.
I've worked with MS online techs twice now. I've tried - Store still blocks me because it says I already 'own' it. I can't get Microsoft to understand they just need to edit my Store account instead.
I'm pretty much done with MS techs, and getting close to that point with Fitbit support. Where else can I get the Fitbit PC installer file? Is there an online repository TuCows or something?
