Ya I also checked it its a problem from their side they will fix it soon in a update I think as earlier when I used to click on the Icon it used to take me to that page and bring back again to the Play Store page and asks where to save the file. You need to login to your Google Account then only the Icon will show up and make sure you login with the same Google Account which you use on your Phone!
